Direct marketing management(DMM) is a form of communication used to help in selling products and services. Typically it communicates a message including the name of the product or service and how that product or service could potentially benefit the consumer.DMM is a means to provide services to the customers.
Successful direct marketing also involves compiling and maintaining a large database of personal information about potential customers and clients. In this the client adds his customers and stores all the information regarding them.Then the client can send sms, emails and postal mails to his customers in groups or to individual based on his requirement and can maintain the history, so that he can use it for the future reference.
The client can maintain the call details as well. There is a call module in which he can store the number and the details of the conversation he had. Any information about the customers can be edited any time. The client can change his password any time he need.
We have tried to make this project as simple so that it can be used by an individual having little knowledge about the computer. Direct marketing can be a very cost-effective sales tool for companies, institution, shops etc as long as it is used properly.
